PORTFOLIO AT A GLANCE
Five projects in clinical practice and education
Explore the challenge, nursing contribution, tools, implementation pathway, and next steps for each project.
All projects are proposals for leadership review and discussion. Organizational approval is required before any clinical launch or implementation. “Completed” refers to the current materials or prototype, not approval or adoption.
